Prior to being a consultant, I was a training program coordinator in UBS Business University and one of my core responsibilities was to promote the business university brand to internal stakeholders, putting strategy into action – building towards client centricity under a well-respected leadership culture.
Through engaging clients from various industries such as retail, beauty, food and beverage, engineering and children enrichment in an international branding & consulting company, I have helped clients to not only look at their businesses differently but also to identify new opportunities for growth.

With 5 years of experience in Branding in an international branding & consulting company, I have undertaken and overseen more than 10 branding projects with satisfied customers. Apt in analysis and strategy, I am also trained in design and hold a certificate in Visual communications from NAFA, in addition to a degree in Marketing & Hospitality from Murdoch University, Australia.

Having experience in numerous industries such as food manufacturing, retail, food and beverage, construction, pest management and more, I am able to understand my clients’ businesses and provide valuable advice. I have successfully helped clients expand internationally through clear and compelling corporate brand strategies that resonate well with international customers and staff. My track record also includes recommending marketing communication solutions to heighten the awareness of a client’s brand.
I am a travel junkie, dog lover, multitasker and an INTJ. I also took a year off for sabbatical in China – studied in Tsinghua University in Beijing and worked in a local company in Shanghai.

I am a miner. I dig deep into thoughts, behavior and have a knack of discovering insights that help my clients’ businesses breakthrough old mindsets and attitudes for new wins.
Always questioning and understanding the raison d’etre (purpose of existence) of brands, I then work alongside with my clients and the team to craft and define the business and brand strategies that are precise and highly achievable.

Entering brand consulting in an international branding & consulting company at a tender age was by opportunity. The spirit of tenacity, creativity and enterprise saw the rise from an analyst to a team leader within a span of three years.
On top of building brands with clients from industries like F&B, retail and lifestyle and engineering, I spearheaded a notable project, which involved education on branding techniques and concepts for the ASME Academy. The ignition of positive changes thereafter was made possible with a keen understanding of characteristics and constraints of SMEs to tackle the challenges they face, in the midst of commercializing great ideas.
